Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy applies to the public content website at plateify.co and any subdomains. It does not apply to the Plateify mobile app or to plateify.app, which has its own separate privacy policy covering account information, food logs, and other in-app data.

What We Don't Collect

Plateify.co has no user accounts, no sign-up forms, no contact forms, no newsletter, and no comment system. We do not ask you for your name, email address, location, or any other personal information. We do not place advertising or share data with advertisers.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how often. Cloudflare Web Analytics is a privacy-focused alternative to traditional analytics: it does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, does not fingerprint your device, and does not collect any personally identifying information. The data we see is aggregated and anonymous — for example, "/ingredients/caffeine received 240 pageviews this week."

Hosting and Server Logs

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare maintains standard server-side logs for security, abuse prevention, and operational reliability. These logs may include your IP address and basic request metadata, are retained by Cloudflare per their own policies, and are not accessed by us for any purpose other than diagnosing technical issues. Cookies

Plateify.co does not set tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a minimal security cookie (e.g. __cf_bm) to distinguish humans from bots; this cookie does not identify you and is used purely for abuse prevention.

Third-Party Services

The content on Plateify.co is managed in a content management system (Sanity) that we use to author and store text. End users of Plateify.co do not interact with Sanity directly and Sanity does not receive any data about you when you read this site.

Some pages cite or link to third-party websites (medical institutions, government health bodies, academic sources). Once you click an external link, you are subject to that site's privacy practices, not ours.

Children's Privacy

Plateify.co is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your Rights

Because we don't collect personal information on this site, there is nothing for us to look up, export, correct, or delete on your behalf. If you believe Cloudflare or another service mentioned in this policy holds data about you, please contact them directly using the links above.

Changes to This Policy

If we materially change how Plateify.co handles data, we will update this page and revise the "Effective" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
